Project Name: Denver Police Crime Lab – 1371 Cherokee St, Denver, CO

Project Description: Mechanical and Plumbing designed with the Smith Group a state of the art 71,000 sqft crime lab certified as LEED Gold NC. Mechanical system incorporates energy-saving features including Heat Pipe Energy Recovery, Indirect evaporative cooling, and DDC building management systems. Low water plumbing fixtures are also specified. Project was produced with Revit 2009 utilizing BIM features and integrated with Trautman Shreve’s Navisworks for collision checking.
