Project Description: Wild Sage Co-Housing, Boulder, CO, 34-unit townhouse and 2500 sq ft. community house. This 9 building complex has a gas-fired boiler system for each building, which heats the domestic hot water system and building. Each unit can either be heated by radiant floor or baseboard heat, depending on the owners’ upgrades. The system is also designed to accommodate future hot water solar panels with a drainback system, and hot water storage is available in the basement of the mechanical room. The Community house is equipped with a commercial kitchen and guesthouse facilities serviced by a gas-fired combination boiler & domestic hot water serving a hot water baseboard system.
